New Cancellation Policy
Effective as of December 1, 2023, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for appointments at our salon:
- Any appointment with a duration of 1 hour or more requires a 30% deposit at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit, or you may choose to use the deposit as a credit for future appointments.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a credit that can be used for future appointments only. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within this timeframe.
- Failure to show up for the appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of the full deposit.

Refund Policy
At Mora Salon, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure that our clients leave satisfied. We operate under a no refund policy; however, your happiness is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with any service rendered, please let us know within one week of your visit, and we will gladly work to rectify the issue. We kindly ask for your understanding that our hairstylists do not receive payment for services that are refunded. Your support means a lot to us, and we appreciate your business.
